Things to Come and Rocketship X-M Space Toys
Double-Feature Film Festival
Sunday, June 22, 12:00 Noon
Complementing the Space Toys exhibition will be a
classic space science-fiction double feature in
the Museum?s theater every Sunday from June 22
through July 27. Things to Come (1936) stars
Raymond Massey in an H. G. Wells-penned classic.
Television, jet planes and evil dictators are all
predicted. Rocketship X-M (1950) stars Lloyd
Bridges in an early ?space noir,? in which an
errant Moon mission deposits the brave crew on
Mars instead. The movies are free with Museum
admission.
The Museum of Flight is located at 9404 E.
Marginal Way S., Seattle, Exit 158 off Interstate
