We Have Capture Multimedia Presentation and Book
Signing by Astronaut Tom Stafford
Sunday, July 20, 2:00 p.m.
Lt. Gen. Thomas Stafford, USAF (Ret.), visits the
Museum to share his experiences from more than
forty years of involvement with the U.S. space
program. A member of the second astronaut cadre
recruited by NASA in 1962 and a veteran of four
space flights, including the historic 1975 U.S.-
Soviet Apollo-Soyuz mission, Stafford remains
intimately involved with the current International
Space Station program in an advisory capacity. At
the Museum, he will give a multimedia presentation
on his diverse experiences and, following his
talk, will sign copies of his new book, We Have
Capture: Tom Stafford and the Space Race.
